How much can I load onto a Gift Card?
Gift Cards may be loaded with a minimum value of ten dollars ($10.00) and a maximum value of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00).
How do I use my Good Earth Coffeehouse Gift Card?
Once your card is loaded, you can swipe your Gift Card or present your eGift Card on your mobile device or as a printed copy to pay for your purchases in-cafe, at participating locations.
Can I load my Good Earth Coffeehouse Gift Card onto my Good Earth Rewards App?
You can not load your Good Earth Coffeehouse Gift Card onto the current Good Earth Rewards App at this time.
Does my Gift Card expire?
Good Earth Coffeehouse Gift Cards do not expire.
Can I reload my Good Earth Coffeehouse Gift Card?
Physical Gift Cards can be reloaded at participating Good Earth Coffeehouse locations. eGift cards can be reloaded online at www.goodearthcoffeehouse.com/gift-cards.
How can I check the balance on my Gift Card?
The balance on your Gift Card can be checked anytime at participating Good Earth Coffeehouse location or online. No purchase is necessary to check your balance. You can check the balance online at www.goodearthcoffeehouse.com/gift-cards using the 16-digit card number and security PIN number associated with your card.
Does Good Earth charge any fees to my Gift Card?
No fees are charged to your Gift Card.
What if my Gift Card gets lost or stolen?
Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift Cards have cash value and should be safeguarded accordingly.
How can I protect myself from fraud when purchasing a Good Earth Coffeehouse Gift Card?
It is very important that you purchase your Gift Card directly from a participating Good Earth Coffeehouse location or online at www.goodearthcoffeehouse.com/gift-cards.
I purchased an eGift Card online and have not viewed it yet, what should I do?
E-Gift Cards are delivered via email. If you have confirmed the recipient’s email address but the E-Gift Card has not been viewed within a reasonable period after the requested delivery date, the following is a list of the most common reasons why delivery may have failed:
1.Spam filter blocked email or routed it to a bulk/spam folder
2.Recipient’s firewall blocked the email
3.Email inbox is over size limit
4.Invalid email address
If a spam filter is blocking Good Earth Coffeehouse emails from getting to an inbox, the email options will need to be modified so that Good Earth Coffeehouse emails are not considered spam.
Why do I need to scratch off the panel on the back of my physical Gift Card?
By scratching off the coating on the panel, you will reveal a PIN or personal identification number. This PIN number is an added security function and is necessary to check your balance and redeem your card in store.
