Please read the following terms and conditions for our rewards program. Also please note the Terms and Conditions of Smooth Commerce our loyalty program service provider. By participating in our rewards program, you agree to the Terms and Conditions described and referenced within, as amended from time to time.
We reserve the right to change, modify and/or eliminate the rewards program at any time at our sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions to our website, and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications.
Your participation in our rewards program confirms your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and any changes or modifications. If you do not agree to the Terms & Conditions, you may not participate in the rewards program.
In addition, you are subject to our Privacy Statement, and all such terms of our Privacy Policy are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions.
Program Overview
Our rewards program is a way of thanking you for your continued support. In order to participate in the program you must be a registered users.
To register for our rewards program, first create an account on our website or with our smartphone app. Second, you have the option to add a balance to the account. You can redeem rewards at any of our participating locations. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another person.
You can participate in our rewards program by visiting any one of our participating stores, visiting us online or by downloading our app.
Registration
The registration process will require you to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself to us through an online registration form. Personal information collected may include: username (i.e., email address), password, email address (required in order to send you eligible rewards and program notices), birthday month (optional), name, nickname (optional) mobile phone number, and your marketing preferences (e.g., what type of product information you would like to receive from us).
Communication about our rewards program is made by email, SMS or push notification. At registration, you can opt to receive information on products and special offers. You can change these preferences at any time.
You must be a resident of Canada and 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, in order to register online and create an account.
Account, Password and Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, if any, and are fully responsible for any and all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session when accessing the rewards program. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section.
Rewards
Earn points by participating in our rewards program and redeem for items in store. Follow the instructions as noted in store or online to begin participating in our program. If you provide us with additional information such as your birthday month, you may be eligible for special rewards. Please note that rewards may expire and are no longer valid after the expiration date. Points will expire after one year of account inactivity.
Points and Rewards have no cash value.
You can view and track your point on our website or by using our smartphone app.
Your account balance and rewards under our rewards program are yours and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to anyone else.
Participation in our rewards is subject to your acknowledgement and consent to our Privacy Policy. We collect and use the personal information of its customers as reasonably necessary to facilitate our interactions with you and to enable your participation in our rewards program. We reserve the right to terminate your account and/or your participation in our rewards program if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms and Conditions, or that the use of your account is unauthorized, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful.
We reserve the right to terminate, discontinue, modify or cancel our rewards program at any time and at its sole discretion without notice to you.
